Refund policy
Returns:
We at GoodWag have the most-sincere desire to deliver a quality product that will last for years. We will gladly replace any damaged or missing parts from your order.
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after the date of delivery to request a return and/or refund. We do not allow returns on discontinued items.
To be eligible for a refund, your return must be shipped back in its original box, unused, and unassembled. All items will need to be clean and free of any odor.
We offer a Disassembly Video here: https://youtu.be/7C10FK9cPKUIf you wish to return PooPail Liner Bags or SmartPoopy Walking Bags, the boxes must be unopened and in the original condition.
To start a return, you can contact us at sandy@goodwag.com. We will issue a return shipping label, which enables you to return your product to us at our lower shipping rates.

GoodWag may deduct from your refund the amount for return shipping costs.If your PooPail is not disassembled and packed up per instructions shown on the disassembly video, a minimum $20.00 disassembly fee will be deducted from your refund. We will also charge for any missing or damaged parts.

Damages and Issues:Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, has missing parts, or if you receive the wrong item. Please reach out to sandy@goodwag.com. This will allow us to correct the issue and make it right.
Guarantee:
Your PooPail is made from ABS plastic, (the same as Legos), and Polypropylene plastic, (the same as an outdoor trash can). The plastics have UV additives, and can withstand temperature from -5 to 200 degrees F. If properly cared for, your PooPail should prove to be quite durable, and may last for the life of your dog. We guarantee the parts on your PooPail for one-year after the date of delivery.
